Dear Colleagues,

We would be delighted to welcome you to the 4th Dental Charity Conference, which will take place on December 6, 2025, at the Baku Convention Center. This prestigious event brings together dental experts, providing a significant platform for the exchange of scientific knowledge and clinical experience. At the same time, the conference aims to support charitable initiatives. 100% of the proceeds from the event will be directed toward improving the health of children suffering from various illnesses. This adds a strong humanitarian value to the conference. Esteemed speakers from around the world will share their expertise through engaging sessions. There will be in-depth discussions on modern dental approaches focused on aesthetic and functional outcomes, adhesive ceramic restorations, contemporary digital protocols, and new materials and strategies used for full-mouth rehabilitation. Participants will gain valuable insights into both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The conference will also create exceptional opportunities for establishing international connections and expanding your professional network. Let us unite in advancing our professional growth while extending support to those in need.We will be truly honored and happy to see you at our conference.

Concepts for the Construction of Adhesive Ceramic Dental Restorations – The Union between Resistance and Aesthetics

This conference explores the biomechanical and aesthetic foundations of adhesive ceramic restorations, emphasizing material selection, preparation and cementation protocols, and optimization of adhesion and clinical longevity. The approach will allow the professional to understand the interaction between the dental substrate, ceramics and adhesive system, ensuring functional and predictable restorations. The course will also address clinical challenges related to mechanical resistance, adaptation and aesthetic integration, consolidating concepts based on scientific evidence and clinical applicability.

A new era requires new answers: creating new protocols to meet the demands of modern digital dentistry

Digital dentistry has changed everything, and today it is necessary to review parameters that were once considered unchangeable. Tooth preparations for a digital workflow require new parameters. The way we choose and evaluate color in monolithic restorations requires new parameters. Choosing the right library requires a protocol that doesn’t yet exist… In my presentation, I will try to bring order to things by seeking new protocols that can help us in this new era.

Strategies & new materials for esthetic full-mouth rehabilitations

Full-mouth rehabilitation (FMR) demands a comprehensive approach that balances esthetics, function, and long-term durability. This lecture presents contemporary strategies and new materials that are transforming the execution of esthetic FMR. Key topics include diagnostic protocols, digital planning tools such as digital smile design (DSD), and interdisciplinary collaboration. Emphasis is placed on material selection, comparing high-translucency zirconia, lithium disilicate, and advanced composites based on optical and mechanical properties. Clinical decision-making for ceramic type, cementation techniques, and bonding protocols will be discussed in detail. Occlusal management, vertical dimension restoration, and minimally invasive strategies are addressed through practical case studies. Digital technologies—including intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM, and 3D printing—are integrated throughout the workflow to enhance precision and predictability.

Terminal dentition - Where do we draw the line?

For over a decade, the term “Terminal Dentition”, has unquestionably gained a lot of traction in the dental community, and it implies that there is a need to remove a patient’s remaining dentition. But how do we reach such stage or conclusion? Does it mean the same to everybody?

The reality is that the term Terminal Dentition is actually a “dentist made term”.

Of the same token, until this day, there seems to be confusion among dental practitioners as to what is the ideal prosthetic solution for these patients. This presentation will discuss a linear thought process that allows the treating team to decide when to choose to give up hope on the remaining dentition and how to decide among the different restorative designs available.
